Not a lipstick but a gloss - Buxom Lip Plumpers (glosses) by Bare Escentuals cost $18.00. You might just want to spend it when you do have the money because I don't imagine anything under $5.00 is going to have any real lip enhancing ingredients.





Sorry, as far as lipstick I'm not sure. I do know that if you stick to lighter colors they're supposed to give the appearance of larger lips. Use a lip liner though, not too much darker than the lip color or it looks ridiculous. Good luck.
