How can i edit my freinds picture, like putting lipstick on him or put a fake mouth?

You need image editing software. If you're using Windows, try using Paint.net (available at http://getpaint.net ); it's free, easy to use, and quite powerful. If you're using Windows, Linux, or MacOs then the GIMP is free, powerful, but not as easy to use as Paint.net. I think like with photoshop! I am not sure i was wondering the smae thing so i will jsut stick around to see what else ppl say...I was wondering WITHOUT PHOTOSHOP, because it is too expensive! LOL.How can i edit my freinds picture, like putting lipstick on him or put a fake mouth?
I use Windows Paint...it's easy to do.
